Bridging the Gap (December 2000)
This report focuses in on the gap between those who use services and
those who provide services. Set against political change where there
are attempts to involve users of services more, the question is asked
are we really bridging the gap? Much of the report has been drawn from
a conference held at looking at such issues: “Professionals Together”,
